Winthrop I&E burst on the scene as a veteran owned small business in 2021 to provide the market with a low cost, expert knowledge in instrumentation, electrical and electric heat trace engineering, design and consulting. We are highly capable and eager to take care of any and all I&E needs. We have many years of experience along the gulf coast as well as the east and west coast doing projects for various industrial plants. Joshua Winthrop - Founder
With 25 years of experience in industrial and commercial projects, I have an education and experience in organizing multiple projects with many different facets of tasks. I have an expert knowledge based in instrumentation, electrical, heat tracing, as well as project management.

I enjoy going to church, spending time with my amazing wife, playing with my five children, lifting weights, hunting, fishing and learning new I&E technologies. That's right, I'm a nerd and I own it!
